Each of our attorneys serves on committees of various bar organizations that work to offer legal services to the underprivileged, serve the community at large, educate the public about the laws that affect their lives, get new family law statutes enacted in Virginia, and old statues revised or eliminated. Each year we draft a comprehensive review of all new family law cases reported by the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Virginia, and Susan Hicks presents the updates to hundreds of family law attorneys and judges throughout Virginia.
