Kim K. Huguley received a B.A.,
magna cum laude, from University of Alabama; a M.S. from Florida State University; and her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. She was a member of the editorial board of the George Mason Law Review.

Kim served as clerk to the Honorable Jane Marum Roush of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia from 1999-2000. She was an adjunct professor at George Mason University School of Law in 2001-2002.
